Matte and Poreless ALL DAY?

9:00 PM

For any of you who have oily skin, like me, you will for sure agree with me when I say that having to touch up your makeup all day, can be annoying! Your makeup can get shiny, your pores can start to show, and all in all, your makeup just doesn't look very good when it's been on for a few hours.
I got this foundation a few weeks ago, and have been testing it out. Safe to say, this is really good!

First of, this is only £7.00. Which is really good for a foundation that is really good quality! It comes in a good selection of shades, but the only negative thing I have to say about this, is that even the lightest shade in the range, is still to dark for me when I'm not wearing self tanner. So, I do wish there was a better shade selection for people like me, who are much more fair.

The consistency of this foundation is quite runny. It's not thick at all, which means that it doesn't look thick or cakey on your skin. It also makes sure that it blends well, and doesn't feel heavy.

This is a medium to full coverage foundation. The first application will give you a good medium coverage, but if you later this, it can be built up to a really lovely full coverage. It layers really nicely, and it means you have more control of the coverage you desire for your makeup. It also blends really easily.

This does last all day long. I do find that after about 6 hours, I do have to apply some powder to mattify my face a little more. But as far as the coverage, it does stay flawless all day long, even when I am not wearing a primer underneath! For me, I do set this with a light layer of powder, but that is a completely optional step.

  1. Sounds like a great product with good coverage, its a shame about the shades though as I'm pale so maybe the lightest would be too dark for me. Great review!

  2. I do quite like this one - I guess I don't reach for it a lot because there are others I prefer but for £7 you can't really complain!
