Makeup is always easy when your young. You don't have fine lines, wrinkles etc. Makeup can be a little trickier on mature skin. I have researched this, and I have some products that could really help you out if your looking for a youthful, natural and glowing look for more mature skin! Its not going to enhance any fine lines or anything, but just going to make you look fresh, healthy and youthful!
BARE MINERALS COMPLEXION RESCUE / review
This is a miracle product for everyone, but for mature skin, this is gorgeous. It is very lightweight, and will just even out the skin tone, and add some hydration and glow. It won't look thick, heavy or cakey, and won't settle in to any lines!
CLARINS INSTANT CONCEALER / review
Anyone will love this, but this is perfect for this look because it is practically invisible to the eye, but it still gives medium coverage. It brightens under the eye perfectly, and brings more light and radiance to tired eyes. This will make sure your looking awake and youthful!
BENEFIT DEW THE HOOLA
Since this look is all about a dewy, healthy glow, cream products are your go to. They look the most like skin, and won't make you look like your wearing a bunch of makeup. This adds a gorgeous matte bronze glow. It stays for a very long time, and it looks like second skin! Perfect for everyone!
TOPSHOP CREAM BLUSH 'FLUSH'
This doesn't have to be this colour, but any cream or liquid blush will work perfectly. They are going to be very lightweight on your skin, and once again, not look like your wearing anything, but just add a natural flush.
SLEEK HIGHLIGHT PALETTE IN SOLSTICE (THE CREAM HIGHLIGHT) / review
Just dab a very light amount of this on to your cheekbones and inner corner of your eye, and you will get a soft and natural healthy glow, which appears very youthful and young.
( if you don't like the look to be too dewy, you can powder at this stage)
URBAN DECAY 'ILLUSION' AND 'AURA'
These are beautiful shades. They brighten the eye area, and keep the look very fresh and bright. They will bring life to your eyes, without looking like too much! The perfect shadows for a natural look.
BENEFIT ROLLER LASH / review
This is amazing. Any mascara that will curl the lashes, will work. When the lashes are curled and long, the eyes tend to look much more open and awake. It doesn't look to heavy, or too much, but it just adds a nice lift to the lashes and just a touch of definition.
YSL GLOSSY STAIN / review
You can line your lips if you feel like you need more definition, but this works perfect on its own too. Its lightweight, glossy and adds the perfect amount of colour and definition. It also stays in place for a really long time. Lighter colours tend to work better when your trying to look more youthful.
